What's Included
Every stay at Casa Nakhla includes linens, parking for 8 cars plus a garage and EV charger, whole-house Wi-Fi, two kitchens, the game room, laundry, and the backup generator and water reserve. Movie night, the Kids'/Chill Packages, and grocery pick-up & delivery are paid add-ons. Movie night, grocery pick-up & delivery, and a daily heated window for the spillway spa are free on stays of 7+ nights. Daily housekeeping isn't included — a one-time cleaning fee covers that instead.

$250/stay — the Kids' and Chill Packages together, a $100 savings vs. booking separately
Ultimate Outdoor Package
$500 for 3 days — the Combo Package plus one Movie Night, a $550 value
Grocery Pick-Up & Delivery
$50/stay — you place and prepay the store order; we collect it and have it at the house before check-in

Repeat guests, or anyone referred by a past guest, get an additional 10% off that stacks with the weekly discount — so a repeat guest booking a full week gets both.

Daily housekeeping — there's a one-time cleaning fee at checkout instead, and guests handle trash, dishes and tidying during the stay
A lifeguard at the pool — it's a private pool, supervised by the adults in your group
A rental car — there's no Uber, Lyft or reliable taxi service out here, so a rental car is essential
Grocery shopping — the Grocery Pick-Up & Delivery add-on is delivery only: you place and prepay the store order yourself, the $50 fee covers collecting it and having it at the house, and nothing is unpacked or put in the fridge for you

Yes — Starlink satellite Wi-Fi with routers throughout the house, including the pool area, at no extra charge.
Is there daily housekeeping during our stay?+
No — housekeeping isn't a daily service here. There's a one-time cleaning fee at checkout, and guests are asked to handle trash, dishes and general tidying while they're staying.
What's actually free if we book 7 nights or more?+
A 10% weekly discount, Open-Air Movie Night (normally $300/night), Grocery Pick-Up & Delivery (normally $50/stay), and a free 2-hour daily window to heat the spillway spa as a hot tub.
